Chelle Leotards is a small family ran business which was established in 2004 and came about from the closure of the clothing factories. Our machinist, then out of a job began making her two daughters Gymnastic leotards from home. Family and friends quickly began ordering leotards too. These were such a success that Chelle Leotards was founded.
